Wedding Cake IV - Cake2

拎住Mimosa嘅蛋糕,走去附近嘅Cake2。今次去Cake2,從店外望入面無客,又唔見sales姐姐,以為佢地公眾假期休息。心想無理由吖,星期日佢地都開,無理由公眾假期休息嘛!! 試吓推門,門無鎖喎,咁就展開我同Mr. Ha嘅wedding cake day第2站嘞


入到去就有sales姐姐出黎招呼我地,俾相我地睇。其實之前去過一次睇相,又睇過display wedding cake,對佢地都有啲印象。所以今次問咗好多問題,例如:fondant cake嘅icing cover會唔會好厚?? 會唔會好甜?? 切起來會唔會好易碎晒?? 幾時delivery?? delivery包唔包setup?? 邊款蛋糕係fondant cake or cream cake?? ......問了一大堆問題,其實都好矛盾,因為fondant cake造型可以有好大flexibility,但icing cover未必人人鍾意(特別老人家),牛油蛋糕無咁鬆軟;相反cream cake因為係sponge cake,所以比較鬆軟,唔鍾意cream cover可以撥開唔食,但係造型無咁多變化.....唉,都幾難決定,不過可能比較prefer cream cake。可能sales姐姐見我好兩難啩,所以再介紹cupcake同mini-cake。個人唔鍾意wedding用cupcake,因為唔夠formal,又好似有pat cream嘅「媽寶蛋糕」咁,睇相嘅造型唔多吸引,所以唔打算用cupcake。到sales姐姐介紹mini-cake時,我開始搵到我想要嘅嘢


佢地嘅mini-cake係用cream cake底,造型好精緻,好似一個細細個嘅wedding cake,好靚!! 心中都開始有啲決定,但唔知佢地啲蛋糕味道如何,無理由個蛋糕淨係得個樣靚,但係唔好食架嘛!! 可能sales姐姐見我唔係混吉,所以話俾我聽逢星期日都有試食,不過要預約。我梗係有興趣啦,喇喇聲請佢幫我預約,o黎緊月尾有得試,好期待!!!


喺Cake2磨咗差不多1個鐘,要問嘅嘢大致上都問咗,都係時候走。Mimosa嘅napoleon同埋orange almond cake等我返去食呀,哈哈!! 回程時問Mr. Ha意見,佢都同意mini-cake係一個唔錯嘅idea,仲居然諗到一樣我無諗過嘅問題:我地喺5點幾證婚,之後切蛋糕,waiter要時間分餅,咁咪要啲賓客等囉!! 分餅可能有大有細,可能呢個又話我個「舊」細啲、切件餅切得唔靚....Mini-cake就可以免除呢啲麻煩嘞!! 又係喎,不得不佩服佢嘅細心,哈哈!!
